Riverwinds MHWTC Group Swims - THERE ARE FOUR SPOTS LEFT ON TUESDAY MORNING FROM 10-11 AM! 

Rowan Community Membership  (Lap Swims/Community membership will give you access to the gym and pool)

The Swim Doctor/Kevin Banks (LESSONS & Swim Efficiency)

• Specializes in stroke mechanics and breathing techniques to become more comfortable and efficient in the water as well as achieving Swim Shape which transcends into the bike and run. 
• The focus is on working on small measurable goals to achieve what was thought impossible and coping with the psychological challenges of the swim
• Cost:  $25.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 people-otherwise $50 per hour
• Typically swims at Rowan where you also have to pay an $8 guest fee.

Summer Swimming

• We are very excited to announce that Lake Gilman is allowing us to swim in their private lake every Monday in June and early July.   Thank you Lake Gilman! If there is a demand we can add Thursdays.  Thank you all for being so kind and gracious to the home owners at Lake Gilman.  They really enjoyed QOH last year! 
• We will also have access to swimming at the Raccoon Valley Swim Club and other local swim clubs on select evenings.
